SIGLENT exhibited at Electronica 2018 in Munich

Munich, Germany—The world’s leading trade fair and conference for electronics was held in Munich during the week of the 13th of November, 2018. The Electronica fair is an exhibit that focuses on international high-tech companies, including an exclusive pavilion dedicated to electronic test & measurement instrumentation. SIGLENT attended the exhibition, showing their most advanced products as well as some cutting-edge technologies to the elites who came from more than 50 countries.

SIGLENT was proud to show off their best-selling oscilloscope, the SDS1000X-E. This new platform delivers reliable automatic measurements and plenty of features like serial bus triggering and decoding. In addition, its real-time sampling rate reaches up to 1GSa/s with a bandwidth up to 200 MHz with advanced mathematical computing functions built to satisfy the needs of electrical engineers.

In the RF field, SIGLENT showcased the new SSG3000X. It is a RF signal source whose high-purity phase noise is -110 dBc/Hz. This type of signal source supports multiple modulation methods and a web-browser based remote control interface making it an ideal choice for electronic testing in many fields such as EMC susceptibility/immunity, wireless communications, IoT (the Internet of Things), and automotive electronics.

Another excellent RF product shown was the SIGLENT SVA1000X, which is the first analyzer in China that combines the function of spectrum and vector network analysis together. It attracted loads of visitor’s attention due to its innovative features and reasonable price.

In addition to the product display, SIGLENT was honored to give a professional presentation with the theme of “T&M Solutions for IoT designs” at the Munich Electronica Forum. During the presentation, Thomas Rottach (the Sales & Marketing Manager Europe of SIGLENT) presented a talk on the current challenges in the Internet of Things, including the challenge of multiple measurement domains and power integrity. He also introduced SIGLENTs efforts in the area of providing services for engineers to solve those challenges.
